Copra, inspired by Kō′pra, the Hindi word for coconut, was a natural resource used in its entirety: the trunk for flooring, leaves for roofs, the shell for ornamentals, the meat and milk for consumption. This product was the main source of income for islanders around the world. Commodity traders came and carried the products from port to port. When they arrived, the islanders knew it was a time for celebration and community gatherings. While the culinary offerings are eclectic American, the chefs daily creations are inspirational and bring a new energy to our diverse menu.
